About Hunger Heroes
Our Hunger Heroes campaign is a year-round peer-to-peer fundraiser where you can join a team, create a team, or participate individually. Get creative with your family, friends, neighbors, or coworkers to raise funds for Central California Food Bankโs hunger relief programs. You might host a bake sale, pay $5 to wear jeans on Fridays, or organize a Taco Tuesday lunch for a small fee. There are endless possibilities!
Think about it this way: If 10 of you each ask 10 people for $10, youโll raise $1,000. That can provide up to 4,000 meals to neighbors in need through Central California Food Bank.
This campaign can be digital, in-person, or both. You can join a team or create one in just a few clicks. Weโll have a leaderboard to keep the friendly competition going.
If you also choose to collect funds in person, weโll provide assets to support you. Donations can also be added as โoffline donationsโ and will still count toward your total on the dashboard.
